the other day at a friends place a food craving overcame us and we had chilled gazpacho, which is basically blended salad. I never new that it was made from raw veggies and ever since fell addicted to it. It is easy to make, you don't need to stand at the stove in 35° heat and gives you a vitamin boost.
I was super excited, made heaps and took it with me to work for my lunch break. Unfortunately, I put a lot of garlic in it and smelled really bad for the rest of the day.. ;-)
